Project Name: 16,000 tons/year of acral, 10,000 tons/year of hydroxyl acrylate relocation and transformation and trade reservoir area project
Construction unit: Shandong Xinglu Chenghong New Material Technology Co., Ltd
Project investment: 650 million yuan
Construction site: Taiwan Industrial Park, Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province.
Main construction contents: The project covers an area of 100 mu, construction of a 16,000 tons/year production line of acrylic acid plant, with an annual output of 16,000 tons of acrylic acid and a by-product of 1,200 tons of acrylic acid; construction of a 10,000 tons/year hydroxyl acrylate plant, with an annual output of 8,000 tons of acrylic acid-2-hydroxyethyl ester; 1,000 tons of acrylic acid-2-hydroxypropyl ester; 500 tons of methacrylic acid-2-hydroxypropyl ester; build a trade reservoir area.
Overview of the possible impact of construction projects on the environment
Wastewater: The wastewater of this project mainly includes: wastewater from alkali spray tower of hydroxyl ester plant, wastewater from alkali spray tower of waste incineration system, wastewater from ground washing and equipment cleaning in the installation area, drainage from pure water equipment, drainage from waste heat steam boiler, circulating sewage water, initial rainwater and domestic sewage;
Waste gas: Organized waste gas is waste gas incinerator flue gas, waste incinerator flue gas; unorganized waste gas is unorganized waste gas in the installation area, unorganized waste gas not collected by the barrel station and unorganized waste gas not collected by the sewage station;
Noise: The noise in the factory area mainly comes from the noise generated by reactors, fans, pumps, refrigeration units, cooling towers, etc.;
Solid waste: The solid waste generated by the project is mainly waste molybdenum catalyst, incinerator fly ash and slag, incinerator waste catalyst, waste packaging, sewage station sludge and domestic waste.
Key points of countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts
Wastewater: Wastewater from alkali spray tower of hydroxyl ester plant, wastewater from alkali spray tower of waste incineration system, wastewater from ground washing and equipment cleaning in installation area, drainage from pure water equipment, drainage from waste heat steam boiler, circulating sewage, initial rainwater and domestic sewage. After entering the sewage station for treatment and meeting the standards, it is discharged into the sewage treatment plant of Nanyue Water Co., Ltd.;
Exhaust gas: The waste gas incinerator adopts a low-nitrogen burner, and the incineration flue gas is discharged through a 35m high exhaust cylinder H1; after the waste incinerator incineration flue gas is treated by "in-furnace desulfurization, denitrification + quenching + filter cartridge dust removal + lye spray desulfurization and dust removal", it is discharged through a 35m high exhaust cylinder H2.
Noise: Reduce the impact of noise on the surrounding environment by selecting low-noise equipment and closed workshops;
Solid waste: waste molybdenum catalysts, incinerator waste catalysts are recycled and disposed of; incinerator fly ash, slag, and waste packaging are entrusted to qualified units for disposal, and domestic waste is cleared and transported by the sanitation department.

This project complies with the corresponding national policies and local planning requirements. The various environmental protection facilities adopted can ensure the long-term stable discharge of various pollutants. Generally, it has little impact on the environment of the evaluation area and will not cause changes in regional environmental functions.
